Clean , spacious room

Nice property, helpful staff and nice clean room. Highly recommended!

Really clean the shower. In the bed was very very comfortable. The staff was very very nice.

Very nice facility. Easy access to interstate. Located by a large shopping district, but at the edge of a large wooded area. Our stay was very quiet. Breakfast at this and many other hotels has become minimal.

Everything was great

Good for a quick overnight stay. Everything was okay except the indoor pool being closed with no notice on booking website and the sofa bed was bended on bottom half of bed.

Stayed 1 night and it was relaxing

Our stay was great and close to restaurants and shopping. It was a little loud because of an event at the hotel. My kids were sad the pool was as closed that was a main reason why we chose the hotel.

I checked in late Friday evening, 2/24/23, (around 10pm) and was assigned room 231. This was a jacuzzi room, with a large kitchen area, etc... There was NO HOT WATER. I tried to call the front desk 3 times and was hung up on from the room phone. I then called from my cellular and again was hung up on. Also, the remmotes on the tv would not work. I had to get dressed again and go back down to the front desk. Of course, as if they didn't believe me, they came up to the room and guess what, NO HOT WATER, and the lady was shocked, "Hmm, I've never heard of this" to which I suggested that maybe it was because they put me in a room two doors past the sign that said, "CONSTRUCTION ZONE, CLOSED, DO NOT ENTER" - see picture. She did replace remote batteries. The lady told me that she would talk to the GM and they would figure it out in the morning. I waited and waited and in the morning, no one contacted me and STILL NO HOT WATER. All I wanted was a shower and to soak in the tub after the long trip. I again could not get answered with the phones, they just hang up. I went downstairs and the new lady at the desk said she had no idea and could put me in another room. I then got put in a small room with no jacuzzi tub and a small area with coffee pot and chiller, but not fridge, and two small beds instead of the king I previously had and paid for. This was room 213. You can't even sit on the couch it is so crushed in its ridiculous. Go check it out for yourself and try to sit on it. Plus pictures attached. I was told the GM would handle "making it right". I checked out on Sunday and when I asked about what are they doing to comp the HUGE inconveniences, again a new lady at the desk said she didn't know anything about it AND claimed her computers were down so I would just have to contact you. Someone needs to do something about this. I paid over $400 for 2 nights and it was NOTHING like it was supposed to be, it was a HUGE waste of money. I have never had such a poor experience with Wyndham and if this is not remedied, I will never stay with them again.

Rooms updated and clean. very high end for a very reasonable price.
