Nice and small boutique hotel, close to a subway station

Great customer service, very friendly staff. We had shipped our luggage from Tokyo - when we arrived for check-in, the luggage had already been brought up into our room - amazing! Check-in was very smooth - we were served tea, presented with a video to watch on the hotel and provided with tags to ship our baggage to the next hotel. We really enjoyed talked to Is (Isaac) who coincidentally had studied in the same city/country (Toronto/Richmond Hill/Canada) we're from - hopefully one day we'll be able to meet there!

Petit hôtel charmant, ma chambre avait une vue donnant sur le château ! En contrepartie de la vue, la chambre est un peu bruyante car elle donne sur la grande route mais le traffic se calme la nuit. Très grand lit, immense baignoire, grande chambre versus les autres hôtels au Japon !!! Le personnel est très accueillant et les services proposés sont nombreux (ex : location de vélos à l’hôtel) Bravo, je reviendrais …

Amazing boutique hotel in front of one of the major attractions of the city. very attentive staff, fabulous facilities and perfect decor. The bar is welcoming and offers a variety of drinks! Thoroughly recommend it

Well located hotel within walking distance of the subway (Tozai line) and opposite the Nijo-Jo castle. Rooms are spacious and well provisioned. The staff and friendly and very helpful and there is a bar serving great cocktails.
