I stayed for a week and was bothered the whole time! Front desk gave me a hard time checking in, getting toilet paper, an extra towel for the floor. It’s best to bring your kitchen utensils and pans with you otherwise you will have to pay. You have to walk outside the building to throw away trash. It smells like urine on the first floor and you are not allowed to lit candles even through your room smells like dirty carpet. 2/10 not recommended

- Entire hotel floor was sticky and damp. - Room was not sound proofed. Could hear other neighbors flushing toilets and closing cupboards and walking loudly above. - Room had a smell that required me using the fan the whole time. - Bathroom door didn’t close easily. - Water spout in shower was broken so water came out of the spigot and shower head at the same time. - Police presence was at the facility during checkout which further confirmed that I won’t be staying again. - The one big positive is the GM of the property. She went above and beyond with ensuring I was taken care of as much as possible during the stay. - Staff was friendly, but property was very subpar.

It is a lovely place, the people are very friendly. Rooms always clean, the pillows are the most comfortable I have ever had. It is a pet-friendly place. family and friendly atmosphere. The reception staff is friendly and available all the time.

I stayed at this location from Wed Aug 30 - Sun Sept 3 2023, previously staying at this location last year. I arrived for check in and was advised that this location policy had changed where no more dishes, utensils, etc were not provided in the kitchen. Everything that the site showed included was not as this location was downgrading its status as an Extended Stay Select. When I got to the room I was left 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 plastic cups, 1 bar of soap. No shampoo / conditioner, no iron or ironing board yet I was paying excessively high prices for Fri and Sat nights due to an event at the nearby college campus that I was not attending. I was actually there to visit a sick individual at the hospital daily and would leave the hotel usually around 8 or 9 am and would not return till 1130pm or midnight as I was at the hospital the entire time. I needed the room to shower (with no shampoo, conditioner etc) and to sleep. I returned wed night to a room down the hall playing loud music with loud laughing until 2am. Slept horribly. When I went to notify the front desk I was met with a metal door and metal non see thru shield at the front desk with a note on the reception door showing that it was closed from 10pm to 10am daily. When I arrived back that evening through the main door, I was met with the same reception area with no staff and closed metal covering to where an employee should be positioned 24/7. I walked to the far stairs to walk up the the 2nd floor (elevator is a bit creaky) and discovered a few individuals (unk if they were staying on property) getting high with a door propped open with a rock that is supposed to be secure. That night was the same with loud people yelling from 1 room to another until approx 2am also people up and down the stairwell with no hotel representative to be found. Fri came and I had to be out once again before the 10am and didn't get back until 11pm with no hotel employee to be seen. I arrived back Fri night to all restricted access door (minus main lobby) propped open with stones, people hanging out in their vehicles in the lot (unk if they were hotel patrons), people having a party on the 2nd floor with people coming in and out throughout the early morning hours waking me up at 12 am 1am 2am and 4am. Once again no hotel staff. I tried calling around to other hotels in the area to see if I could get out of this place and unfortunately there were no vacancies in the immediate area and I was even told by the hospital that I could stay there and I should have as I would at least be secure. Saturday night there was only one incident of loud but that was just people walking to their rooms. I needed to stay in town for a few more days. Thank God I was able to find another hotel right down the street and book the remaining nights there where there was 24 hour staff in the reception area, a clean and quiet environment, plenty of soap, shampoo, towel, even continental breakfast daily for a cheaper price. I have never in my life had such a horrible, scary, unsecured experience in a hotel or even motel. Keita, the GM of this location called me after reading my complaint. I debated with Keita on the operation and security of this location and was advised that there was someone monitoring the telephone in the room and it was my responsibility to call with the security issues. I was also told I should have called during hours of operation 10am to 10pm to address any issues and that staff have in the past been advised to remove rocks from the doors when they are propped open. She proceeded to advise me the hotel has never had a guest basically attacked inside the hotel. She also advised that the hotel cannot control what patrons of the hotel do in the parking lots, propping doors, and smoking marijuana. Everything she advised me besides what I was told at check in is the farthest thing from the how a hotel should be operated and how a guest should be treated. No hotel employee is accessible at night at the front desk that is behind a large metal (non see thru) shield and a heavy metal door from 10pm to 10am. If there is a hotel employee behind these shields no guest would ever know, this also means if there is an employee and they are not there for reception, then they should be monitoring the hotel grounds. Security doors are propped open through the night and numerous nights and anyone can walk in or out of this hotel. If people are loitering on the grounds the hotel staff should be monitoring the activity and making sure that the individuals are in fact hotel guests with key cards. Staff should be making rounds through the hotel in regards to noise especially late and night and through the early mornings. Staff should be monitoring the hotel parking lot, which is hotel property. If there is suspicious activity and they are afraid to address it the police should be called. If employees feel unsafe and need to be hidden behind closed off metal barriers just think how guests of the hotel feel. My hotel room had a max capacity, what about the room with the party going on, windows open and marijuana permeating from those windows. This is the only hotel I have ever seen that doesn't have a visual of an employee in a reception area for 24 hour assistance and help . I believe there should be some compensation on my end and this location needs to be dealt with as quickly as possible by corporate.

This hotel had no shampoo, etc or a hair dryer. They said that they are changing over to a month+ stay only but they also said that they no longer provide paper plates, etc. Paper thin walls and a very noisy clientele.

No coffee machines in rooms, no coffee in lobby.

The cleaning staff was very rude. The staff member tried to force her way in to clean our room way before check out time. Then reported to front desk that we refused to leave room. Just terrible service. You get what you pay for. Next time I won’t stay here

It was not a good experience staying at this hotel. When we checked in there was not even a hand soap in our room. They don’t provide any soaps or shampoos either. We had to go and get some basic stuff for our stay immediately after we checked in. There was no TV remote, no bath tub mat, only one towel in the room. When we asked for it, the only person managing the hotel, said she had kept all these items in the room personally. It was a part for her inspection process!! Finally she gave it after we asked her to come and check the room. Overall not a good experience and will never stay in any Extended Stay hotels.
