Didn’t like have a very strong smell

When I arrived I was told they were over sold. The staff was horrible and rude. They blamed everything on Expedia being a 3rd party and how they keep doing this.

We booked a room, but when we arrived, it was not available. You should sell rooms only according to your actual inventory. In the future I will be sure to book hotels only by calling the specific location, not using Expedia or booking through a chain website.

Kita went above and beyond for my family and I, when I first arrived she was assisting another guest but looked up to acknowledge that I was there. She had one deluxe room left, Kita personally went to the room to check it and remop the floors while I was there to assure the room was in great condition before showing me. No odor, it was clean, organized, spacious I had no complaints. She welcomed my kids into the hotel without hesitation which is always a huge plus. She did not have to do any of the above things but she did! Thank You again Kita for providing us with a great stay! -Jasmine

Decent

Upstairs neighbors were moving the hotel furniture until midnight. Then spent the next next hour stomping around. Only to wake up at 330 am and start stomping their feet through the room

As someone who quit using AirBnB, this is a breath of fresh air. - No need to clean thoroughly like with AirBnB even though I paid a "cleaning fee" - No need to clean the "hair" or the "crumbs" I left behind according to an AirBnB host - Hassle free checking with a lobby instead of calling or texting an absent host - Clean sheets and clean towels ready - New soaps and shampoo in the bathroom - Full fledge kitchen - Hassle free checkout with a lobby - No "cleaning fee" - Free and safe parking lot - Welcoming general manager and staffs

Very nice staff, easy check in, and very clean rooms with great amenities!

We only stayed for one night and for that I am grateful because this place was DIRTY. The lady at check in raved at how we were getting a room that was just thoroughly cleaned and the room was nasty. Plus I was charged extra at check in because they had no standard rooms available and we had to take a deluxe, no problem. However, the “deluxe” room had a double bed instead of a queen. The window was missing one of the two curtains so we had to tuck a sheet into the window as you could see right into our room. The towels were dirty and filled with hair, the carpet was stained and overall was just gross, pretty disappointing considering I was charged extra for a deluxe room and then another $60 for my pups.
