Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa

Incredible experience - we booked the full day pass for our honeymoon, and the 3-course lunch with it. Exceptional value and a great way to break up the day as the pass allows access from 10am-10pm. Special shoutout to Priscilla Álvarez in the restaurant who provided stellar service throughout. Great staff and beautiful spot for any special occasion, or “just because”!

Our family with grandparents, children, and grandchildren ages 5, 8, and 10 went on a day pass to visit the thermal springs. It was a great day and we enjoyed the beautiful time there. The facilities are wonderful with changing rooms and showers. Towels provided. Our pass included dinner at the restaurant which had delicious selections.

The property is beautiful, and everyone who works here is ver nice. But, many things need fixing. The thermal springs complex is very nice, although cover from rain on the cabana lounges seems like something they should have thought of. They booked out the entire restaurant for a tour group of 50 for dinner, saving no tables for other guests to reserve. The shower/tub water was luke warm, and staff tried to say it is because it's hot springs water. Only when I explained that the people in the neighbouring room said their water is very hot did staff agree to investigate. Plus the leaking sink that housekeeping should have notified the facilities staff about. The lobby coffee bar doesn't open until 8, but many people go on excursions earlier There are many other small things, and they all add up and detract from the experience.

We had the best trip to Tabacon last week with my family of 4- boys aged 12 & 8. The room was amazing and the grounds were so clean. We really enjoyed all of our dining experiences on site and the concierge/front desk was so helpful getting us a taxi to dine in town. The staff goes above and beyond. We also loved taking advantage of the hot springs during the guest only morning hours. Would love to come back some day!

Staff were so kind and helpful! Frank helped adjust my reservation with ease. The massage and spa were my favorite part. Food, service, hot springs and the room were exceptional. I will definitely be back!

The resort and food exceeded all of our expectations and the resort employees were so helpful and friendly - definitely worth putting at the top of your bucket list!!! Pura Vida = paradise found!

Overall, an A plus experience! See for yourself, you won't regret it. Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. We felt pampered every moment.

Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Very clean. You get access to Tabacon Thermal spa which is amazing. The hot pools were great and there is a secluded area just for hotel guests Staff were great, Emerson at La Toucans was stellar. My wife is a celiac and they were great with the allergy. Not just gluten free bread, but a bread basket. Overall a great stay.
