Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa

We had an amazing day at the hot springs. The pools ranged from tepid to comfortably warm. The entire area was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a bit pricey but worth it.

Enjoyed the resort. The staff was very pleasant and polite. Thermal pools were outstanding. Room was spacious. Only 2 main restaurants for dinner, a couple of bars. However, Tabacon is under the Small Luxury Hotel brand which is part of the Hilton Portfolio. No where in this resort was there a trace of Hilton - no logo, no communique', staff did not have any knowledge of this, no greeting at check-in, etc. We are diamond members, and are used to a certain type of recognition and acknowledgement in any Hilton location that we've been at. They are advertised under the Hilton app website as a Hilton facility, but they seem to be operating as an individual, non - affiliated resort. This needs to be addressed and corrected.

Incredible service and beautiful scenery. The staff is some of the best I've ever interacted with -- super kind, attentive, and informative. Special shoutout to Adis and the Caña Brava squad (Gabriel y Darian), and to our Ephemeral Dinner duo, Chef Rodrigo and Brandon. Everything top to bottom was fantastic; delicious food, gorgeous nature, and delightful humans all around. Me and my partner loved staying here and will be thinking about it for weeks to come, until we inevitably return!

Hotel and grounds are beautiful. We loved swimming in the springs. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool at the hotel. The staff was very friendly

Phenomenal service, facilities, accommodations, and surroundings. Trabacon delivered across the board, and we had an amazing time. The restaurants and bars across the main hotel area and thermal springs are excellent. It was also great to have a Jacamar tour desk on site for excursion bookings. For fitness buffs, the gym was small and usually crowded so you might need to look for exercise outside of the hotel. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
