10/10 experience and a must-do in Costa Rica! The grounds are beautiful, and there are so many areas to enjoy. There are enough hot springs that it feels private. We spent all day here. Lunch by the pool was amazing, and the drinks were delicious. The included dinner was excellent and included 3 courses and a juice. Our waitress Priscilla Alvarez was attentive and provided great service. We enjoyed the springs for a few more hours after dark and didn’t want to leave.

They warmly welcomed us. Everything was ready like a clockwork. Valet took the car, directed to check in and had room keys within minutes. Rooms were huge. There is even golf cart so you dont have to walk. Pool and jacuzzi is just too good. There is always a server and you can order delicious drinks in the pool. We had meals in room dining everyday, and thankfully they had a seperate veg and vegan menu with ample choices. Finale is obviously the included Hot Spring pass. One suggestion is have 1 or 2 pools in hot springs which are like 49-42 degree.. Also hot springs have wet bar where you can order a full menu inside the pool.. One of the few hotels we have been to who doesn't cry on giving pool towers at hotel or at hot springs. No pool card you have to worry about. What makes this hotel great is their service. Yes it is very expensive but totally worth it.

What a lovely place. The grounds are gorgeous. We enjoyed the hot springs o a cool and cloudy day. The staff I very well trained and accommodating.

Fabulous day out, definitely a 5* venue. Exceptionally clean with excellent staff. We would recommend having lunch as the food was amazing. If we had any niggles it would be that check-in could be speeded up.

High-quality very unique experience. Pristine property. Worth the 12-hour day pass with a three course meal for lunch. Our server, Jafeth, was fantastic. The food was outstanding and plentiful.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, and the service truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. Our server Priscilia Salas was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Orders arrived promptly, the table was checked on at the perfect times, and every interaction felt genuinely friendly. It was clear that the team takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and valued. Combined with the delicious food and pleasant atmosphere, the outstanding service made this a dining experience I would happily recommend and look forward to enjoying again.

The location and rooms were wonderful. Very clean with great views. They accommodated our request to have a room near our friends. The check in process was seamless and Mede us feel special.
