Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa

Tabacon Thermal Resort and Spa was a wonderful experience. I would like to highlight three employees who made our visit special. First our waitress Priscilla, she was attentive, friendly and made my husband and best friend's bday very special. Second the hostess Grethel, remembered us each time we arrived at the restaurant and made us feel welcomed. Lastly I would like to mention Justin at the time he was working the gift shop but I know he works the restaurant too. He was delightful and kind. They made our experience amazing!!! The resort itself is worth the trip.

Amazing experience ! We booked the package hot springs pass + dinner . Everything was perfect and the dinner excellent ! And the plus was our waiter Alejandros ! Very attentive .

We chose Tabacon for our honeymoon and truly felt spoiled and relaxed. Everything we could possibly need was available with a single call. The resort was stunning, the food was out of this world, and the surrounding environment and hot springs was better than I could have imagined! The spa was perfection. We could not have picked a better place for our honeymoon!

Our family trip to Tabacon Thermal Resort & Spa was incredible! The resort is beautiful and the staff are extremely kind and attentive. Our kids loved the pool at the resort and all the animal sightings (Coatis, Toucans, Sloth). Our hotel room was very nice, spacious and clean (Orchid Room). The shuttle to the spa was quick and the hot springs were gorgeous. Would highly recommend this resort if you are coming to CR!

Tabacon is nothing short of amazing. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and could not have asked for anything better. The service and people were all so kind and welcoming. We loved the resteraunt Ave, which is located on the property. Priscilla Alvarez was our waitress and went above and beyond to ensure our dinner services were excellent. The hot springs on site are also the best in the country. Thank you again Tabacon!

Incredible. The best experience!

This was our first stay at Tabacon as part of a Costa Rica wildlife photography tour. The resort was amazing, so beautiful in a jungle setting, well appointed and maintained rooms and grounds, excellent food and service - such friendly staff. We visited the thermal spa also and enjoyed the naturally hot river courtesy of the nearby Arenal Volcano - very unique. It is a very special place. We will be back.
