The staff was very pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, views were great, they have a firepit in courtyard an have a fire every night. Some things were a little outdated/worn like the carpet in the room but nothing major. Over all it was a great stay.
USThe room was clean and smelled neutral. There was a nice variety of comfortable pillows.
We specifically chose this this hotel because of the spa room. When we got there, there was a spa, but it didn't work. We were later checking in, so we didn't say anything until the next morning. The lady at the front desk acknowledged the problem and said she would let maintenance know. I would have thought that there would have been an apology and an offer to somehow make I right. Most people, I assume, choose a spa room for the spa!
