Four Points by Sheraton Omaha Midtown

Clean property and friendly staff!

When i checked in i was told front desk will have to let to in and out your room every time you leave due to key system being down (very inconvenient and annoying) then i paid extra to have breakfast included. The refrigerator or something was down so they didn't have any breakfast protein. They offered anything off the lunch menu as a substitute (who want lunch at 9 am) i did appreciate the offer. Other than that The staff was great.

Stayed for son’s basketball tournament. Very clean.

My favorite hotel in Omaha! Staff always friendly and welcoming. Clean environment, comfy beds, and quiet. Close to everything!

Booking.com had us pay for one king suite but sent over a completely different booking from what we paid for

The room was big

There was mold growing in the corner of the bathroom. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk they said “oh well at least you’re only staying one night.” Skip this hotel and opt for something in midtown Omaha.

Staff was friendly, and willing to help. Room was okay. It had a musty smell when we first arrived, we turnes on the air conditioner and it worked to rid the room if the smell. They need to order new face towels they were old and dingy. Breakfast was really good. The fruit bowl was plentiful. The classic plate was well cooked. And the staff was friendly.

Location was great and shuttle service was a fantastic perk!
