Amherst Inn & Suites

It's not a fancy place, but the pillows were some of the best I've used, scrunchy but substantial, and the bed was firm the way I like it. The room was serviceable and very clean. It was not a place I would hang out for fun, but it was an affordable place to sleep in preparation for a weekend of wedding activities elsewhere. Friendly neighboring guests were grilling out in front of their room and were not loud.

The only drawback was the musty smell when first entering the room, but which went away once the AC started, and the slight smell of sewerage from the tub drain that was really just in the bathroom, but persisted over the stay.

There was a lot of loitering on the premises. Appearance of long term clients or some kind of halfway house situation in some rooms.

I really don’t like because it’s was very bad smelling bad hard to take beating I feel runaway this place but I have no choice because I already paid they don’t give me refund, another thing my next room some people play high music I can’t stay my room it’s was terrible night for me , please no body can not go this place it’s was horrible place mostly bad smells in bad

Very bad

Awful, disgusting place. Dirty bed linen and towels. Room smelled really bad. We were forced to sleep there because it was very late and we had no time to search for something else as in the morning we had booked a boat tour in Niagara Falls. Otherwise would run away.

We left the property same night and went elsewhere. Rooms were not clean and smelled strongly of cigarettes.

No creepy carpeting….laminate floor
