The location

The room had a very bad smell

It was a gryti be going to be there again soon

I knew it was a mid-level motel so didn't expect luxury. When I opened the door to the room, it reeked of decades of smoke. I went back to the staff to ask for a different room because of that. They had no other options. I suggested maybe it would get better after I left the windows open a while, and they said the windows don't open. I decided I could not sleep there. I told them I'd sleep on a friend's couch instead. Didn't go back to the room, left the key with them. Even though I found the room impossible to stay in and left, they still charged me.

Rooms wasn't cleaned properly. Towels were cheap & small and unable to dry off with. Soap was like sandpaper, Rug was torn in 2 places. No alarm or clock. bedding felt dirty. chair in room was broken.

The room smells awful. Smoke and very sticky. It’s disgusting.
