"DO NOT STAY HERE"

DO NOT STAY HERE. Found bed bugs in my bed on the first night of my reservation. Notified the owner via the after hours number since no one was at the front desk and she was very defensive, argumentative, and stated they "do not have bed bugs". She's refused to refund my charges because I didn't physically bring the bugs to her. The owner is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and the most non compassionate person I've ever interacted with. Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Do not support this "business".

"Not sure I’d come back "

When walking into to the room you definitely get hit with a smell. Then you go into the bathroom and it looks like some one broke the sun floor so the toilet sits real low and the tile around the toilet is a broken. The shower is like a mustard yellow. It’s obvious they tried to update parts of it.

My room was full of cobwebs. Toilet was crooked. Paint on walls a mess. For the price i paid a night the room should have looked alot nicer. The cleaning staff was very nice. But they need to be taught the proper way to clean.
