The buffet

I like everything the only thing I dislike was the taxi the hotel called for us the restaurant was like 2 blocks away and he was taking us far away from the place and when we told him he passed the restaurant he said he didn’t realize. My husband is from the area and he said the taxi did that only to charge us more.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel location great but it needs work is getting old and tired the repair are not gratefully done the furniture is old

A beautiful beach resort more tranquil than the major tourist beaches in Mexico.

service was great beach, a little rough

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool is very large. The on-site food options could be improved; the value for money is poor. Quiet and full of vegetation. Nice beach but note very safe to swim .

Nice quiet place, clean, alot of walking stairs. Unfortunately no free in room coffee, only 1st nite, if you want coffee for next days you have to order and they charge you for a very small cup. Or you can go to breakfast after 8am (i believe) get out of bed, and go to lobby for free coffee. Also we did not like that they do not allow coolers or speakers by pool. So we played it at our balcony on our own private pool, we got a room that came with a pool. Other than that, if you get a room with a pool you have no view of the bahia, since its ground level. Just domething to consider. Other than that friendly staff, clean rooms. Food is good, but we rented a csr a drove everywhere and ate everywhere around town.

Staff is always wonderful

The overall stay was okay. During our stay the hurricane hit and we were stuck in our room for two days. I came with my family and kids and the kids were not able to get in the pool. The only thing we really enjoyed was Starbucks and the service we got from our barista Karina. She was really nice and polite.
