Service at The Bistro was friendly, and quick. Great service! Especially on a cold snowy day when I didn't feel like going out off site to a restaurant. Morgan, the chef who was also working as a server was awesome!

Amazing experience! Checking was great but Morgan at breakfast was the highlight of our stay! She was phenomenal!!! She juggled so many things and she should get praise and a raise! Our breakfast was that of a gourmet restaurant!

"Morgan! (Wonderful Service)"

Morgan at the Starbucks in the lobby was such an absolute delight. We were exhausted this morning, having just had to do a mad dash of laundry, and we decided to get some breakfast. Morgan joked with us and was so sweet, and went above and beyond in ensuring we had the most pleasant breakfast when we stayed at this hotel. I had an excellent buttered bagel (Morgan went out of her way to get us butter when they were out of it). And they made a fantastic burrito with avacado mash. This was my partner's birthday, and Morgan made it a day to remember- with her jokes and entertaining stories that cheered us up! You go Morgan, and we hope we can get another avacado mash next time we stay!

"Well done in the valley"

The Courtyard Marriott is not a JW or one of the upscale ones I am use to but this is a good example of how the Marriott brand keeps a standard. Although this place could use a refresh, the customer service was just outstanding. Shout out to Ali and Joseph on a job well done. Rooms were clean. Bistro was fully functional and really good. Rooms were clean. It was a great experience
