be aware they advertise that noise from the Bar can go on late, definately the case. Ear plugs good idea. No breakfast, enough Cereal, Milk, OJ and Teabags - thank you. Only 1 en-suite room. 2 x Toilets and a shower room shared by 3 rooms. owners very friendly and helpful. Many thanks Beeny.

Room clean and tidy Woke up 130 in morning loud talk inside pub and outside. Manager never gives a welcome nice bar lady did this time first time in three visits

Great room for the price.

We arrived in Fakenham due to our footy teams meeting in the FA Vase. We booked The Rampant Horse and it didnt disappoint. Totally what we needed it for, and more. Hosts were great and even gave us a lift upto the footy ground. Will be returning in the future.

Handy location. Clean everything works. No nonsense check in/out Fair price

Not bad value. £60 on Hotels.com but from £40 for the en-suite room on a board outside the pub. The bulb in the bedside lamp had blown. Nice and quiet, easy to find.

Decent value for the money. Clean room.

Please check if they have anything on if you book at a weekend, although we were advised they do have live music regularly and stay open till 2am we did not expect to then be woken before 8am by music playing and cleaning going.
