Apartment was a perfect size for four people while being lovely and clean! Check-in and check-out was easy with anything you'd need within a short walk. Kitchen was good enough to cook meals at if you didn't fancy dining out for that meal.

We stayed in the ground floor Flat 1 which had everything we needed. Very clean, lots of space, central location. Just what we needed.

Used it as a base to Visit Hunstanton/Wells/Sheringham & other small places...Good that you just went in back door ..key to the stairs..then room at top of stairs...very quiet & comfortable ..breakfast was cereals in the room ..it would be nice to have a croussant as well!...kettle & drinks & small fridge..it was basic but clean & pleasant

It's basic but very clean. Very straightforward check in. Only downside is that the shower ran hot and couldn't cool it.
