Confortable bed and very nice staff.

Tried to charge me for toilet paper that was used by everyone else.

The cleanliness of the hostel is superb.

The room booked was very cheap but was totally unacceptable to my friend who needed to be in Legazpi for hospital tests. She therefore had to pay considerably more for a better room. This seems to be a not uncommon feature. A very cheap room is advertised but a better one is found for a much higher price. It's better and cheaper to go elsewhere as there were a number of decent hotels at a lower price than my friend ended up paying

The staff were friendly. It looks like the room is clean (but not sure).

It was quite far from the main road (about 10 minutes walk). We got a room for 10-12 people but we were only 3. So on our part, it was expensive. But we had our own private bathroom but it was very dark inside and water flowed slowly. Not sure about cleanliness for the bathroom.

Really nice proprieters, great view of Mayon volcano in distance, comfortable and quiet room.

Wifi was very patchy throughout the day (maybe because they hold sporadic seminars and there's too many people on the network?). A little far from the main part of town.
