"Was not allowed to stay. Have a way to allow reservations to be honored after 11pm."

Why confirm a reservation if you aren't going to be able to honor it? I have never seen a hotel that didn't have an overnight desk. I have asked for a refund to the card from booking.com and have not heard back. You closed at 11pm and I was there to check in at 11:05. I was traveling and tired and didn't get to use the room that I reserved.

No regular creamer offered with coffee, only sweet creamer. I’m diabetic! No ice machine available. A lot of people hanging around outside for long periods of time that appeared to not belong there.
