Mercury Apart Hotel

Dirty, run down, no towels in room, door hanging off hinges, grimy walls, stained furniture, couch so hard it hurt my butt sitting down, couch "leather" peeling, dirty walls, dirty appliances, light not working in toilet room. The list goes on. Horrid place.

So close to everything. We would definitely stay here again due to acessability to beach shopping foid walkability and free trolley service.

Do not stay in this place under any circumstance. There are active water leaks, mold issues, and poor circulation. The hallways and elevator reek of marijuana. The pool has algea all over it. The doors do not lock. The tvs do not work. The wifi does not work.

This place is a dump. They rent to street people. I was there and it initially was so bad that between the scam auto rental company (Green Motion) and this place it was a toss up. After the chaos of the first night I woke up and decided that the best part of my trip was coming down on American airlines sitting in the middle isle. That should tell you everything. I thank God that the people running the place explained that the facility is a condominium and most of the owners do not want to invest in upkeep. THE PICTURES DO NOT DEPICT THIS PLACE NOW! ITS A HELL HOLE!

Bed and 1/3 towels were clean. There were parts of the floor that were patched together and had a small lip that you could stub your toe walking to the bed. Toilet did not flush and did not see any property management post checkin.

The best way to describe this place is as such: It was the good, the bad, and the ugly. • the Good - crickets • the Bad - the place • the Ugly- the place

No bed sheets and when asked had to speak to someone through a ring and no one was working to give out sheets

The Mercury Hotel is an old apartment building. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and hallway downstairs was very nice, clean and lighted. When you get off of the elevator upstairs it is dark and dingy. Our room had a keypad lock with which wouldn’t stay locked a couple times that we left, even after verifying it was locked. The couch in our room was filthy looking. Otherwise the room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was great and the water was warm. The small refrigerator was perfect for our short stay with a few kitchen items if needed. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping on Collins. The hotel could definitely use a remodel on the floors near guest rooms.

Do not stay here. Filthy hotel. So outdated and dirty stains everywhere inside and outside of the room. Terrible reception area. Bad smell all throughout the hotel. And it always smelled like weed

This by far has been thee worst stay the room was hot very dirty the best part about this hotel was the staff the on hand staff. I received no compensation for this trip. I would never book here or recommend this place to any one. My daughter birthday was ruined
