Nice place for a family, rooms are confortable but poor maintained

Had a great stay! Can’t wait to book again!

This was actually the wirst hotel stay I have had. I booked a stay with my husband off hotwire and was excited as the location is primo (super close to the beach, very walkable and convenient). When we got to our room it hadn't been cleaned properly as there was still a piece of garbage beside the bed, and a soap bar stuck to the shower wall. Our room looked similar to the photos... but was pretty run down as if it was a 'before renovations' photo. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days as per the front desk, but we were there for 4 days and never saw them. The front desk employee only comes if you ring a bell, which us fine for me, and they were quite nice but overall not very helpful. I feel management here is not up to par. The main floor and pool (which we did not use) seemed well taken care of, but the rooms were really not. Pros: comfortable bed, location, mini fridge, good wifi, spacious Cons: room cleaning subpar, housekeeping not present, towels stained, unable to get replacement soap, able to hear noise from outside through thinner windows, room not well maintained

It’s nothing like the photos I suggest making sure to check recent reviews and google the places before booking because the Expedia rating just is not accurate. Very disappointing. Not clean, trash everywhere, smelled, nothing like photos, lots of spiders, the old guy called me sweetie after I said I was a single mom who paid for this trip for my own mother and my son and sister for my sons birthday and Mother’s Day weekend! Not enough towels only gave us 3 more when we kept asking. Lots of construction with no signs of finishing. Lots of broken things in the room. Dirty pool that no one ever cleaned (I myself swept out some bugs so my kid could play) trash every where in pool area. The location is lovely I wish they took care of the hotel it’s so sad how places with an 8 rating are so incredibly lousy these days

You know I saw the bad reviews but actually had a good time and the room was nice clean the staff has helpful.

Close to beach

Dont waste your time or money. The tv didnt work. The door wasnt secure as there was only one electric lock. The couch in the living area was falling apart. The bed frame was broken. The bath tub jets didnt work, there was no shower curtain, the soap rack in the shower was covered with rust and gunk, i found a giant roach by the toilet. The door separating the bathroom was broken. There was a giant leak above from the guest on the above floor whenever they took a shower. They gave us three towels and we had to basically call every day for more along with the toilet paper. It Was hard to get ahold of the front desk if they were around when you got them. It was a total dump. Never again.

The pictures make the hotel look so much better than it was in person. The bathtub was stained dirty. We checked out early and moved to a different hotel. The front desk staff was very nice.

The rooms at this hotel are pretty awful. Usually I don't mind non-fancy, I've even enjoyed hostels, but this was gross. The morning front desk attendant was nowhere to be found for hours, and my key code wouldn't work so I was almost late for my flight (I asked housekeeping to let me in the room).

I liked how it was next to everything and the suite is big and good for the price, only thing is it’s hard to sleep because club story under it stays open til 5 am and construction in the mornings
