Mercury Apart Hotel

I liked that the property was an easy walk to the beach and different eateries. I didn’t like that the pictures that was shown on the site were misleading. There were bugs in tue first room offered and windows had sheets hung. When asked if we could get a different room there was no problem but the following room that was given I had to put a trash buck underneath to collect the excess water that was dripping from the ac unit in the ceiling. The light did not work above the toilet area and the stove top along with appliances was stained and not clean. Their were crack paint all around the windows and no garbage was picked up until after we left out the apartment. I would only recommend this as a one night stay.

It's poor cleanliness. Bathroom is not clean. Also, ceiling of corridor at the room floor is broken.

This was a very nice experience. The apartment was great, good bathroom and amenities. The manager was super helpful.

Very accommodating anything that as needed they immediately got it to me balcony was nice and relaxing they allowed me an extra 2 hrs before leaving considering that my flight was in the evening.

Customer service is terrible. When asked to provide towels. They didn’t event provide that first they said they will send it over to the room after never received and had to deal with their security guy over night and he doesn’t even know how to check customer in to the room he was asking us ring the bell and no one was answering.

It was a apartment complex not a hotel and it was dirty in some places of the building with garbage and can’t really go in the pool because it’s dirty and it doesnt look like they clean it often. Doesn’t look like anything on the picture on the site.

Food was left over in the fridge by previous guest. There was no towel in the shower. Bed linen was smelly and not so clean... housekeeping had to change my sheets. The night club right downstairs makes it impossible to sleep.

Restroom without doors in “premium” two bedroom apartment, no receptionist personnel for two days straight. Broken door lock in apartment, broken balcony door. Worst room I’ve seen in 8 years…
