My mom and I had an amazing experience at Palma Spa. We had the volcano ritual and was one of the best spa treatments we have ever had from Erika and Rosa. They even brought out a cake for my mom’s 70th birthday.

My partner and I stayed here for a romantic weekend and it was perfect. The rooms have a rustic charm with modern comfort, and the volcano view made every morning special. We loved dining outdoors and soaking in the warm pools at night. A beautiful, peaceful place for couples.

You can’t beat the view — it’s like the volcano is right in your backyard! The resort is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff is always smiling. The spa treatments were divine. Definitely worth choosing the all-inclusive plan; it made everything super convenient.

We loved how close the hotel is to adventure parks and hot springs, but still peaceful and relaxing. After ziplining, we enjoyed the pools and a relaxing spa session. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everything about Montaña de Fuego was perfect.

I stayed here with my family and we all loved it. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, including some surrounded by lush greenery. The all-inclusive meals were delicious with lots of local options. The volcano view from our room was stunning — a true piece of paradise.

Montaña de Fuego offers everything you could want in a tropical vacation. The volcano views are unreal, and the service is impeccable. We enjoyed every meal and the variety of drinks included. The hot pools and spa treatments made it an unforgettable stay.

Montana de Fuego is a beautiful location. Beautiful views. Hot springs are amazing. Great views. Rooms are more than adequate and comfortable. But the real beauty of this place is the staff and the care they put into each guest. They are all so attentive and gracious. So friendly and kind. The spa staff make everything so relaxing and seamless. I worked with Valeria, Tati, and Fernanda at the spa. Excellent! Jorge, the concierge, and Oscar have also been so helpful.
