Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Downtown by IHG

Absolutely loved the location (within walking distance to dining and Rocket Arena). Hotel was unique experience and we Absolutely loved our room!!

Breakfast could be better

The front desk lady Tammy was very rude and put me in handicap room when I should had a normal room and a room with no window view of downtown when I asked

It was clean and the beds are comfortable. The hard wood floors and architecture of the room. The big windows were also lovely. It's also an affordable option in a really great location. You couldn't ask for a better spot. So, if you are on a budget and only staying for a night or two, it's a good option. But do not expect luxury.

Anyone can walk in off the street and up into the hotel. It would be nice if the elevators were at least card protected. Not the biggest deal, but if you are a nervous traveler, this isn't the hotel for you. The bathroom also had broken tiles in the bathroom. It's budget hotel, but the tiles do need fixed.

Hotel smelled odd and old. Rooms were dirt with hair on floor, bedding stain, hair on bed, bed uncomfortable. Air stale.
