Die Lage, das wars.

Wir standen unten am Tor und wollten rein. Die Rezeption wollte erst mal nicht mit uns reden. Haben es dann doch getan und meinten dann die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig, sie möchten keine schlechte Bewertung. Dann haben sie uns doch rein gelassen. Das Zimmer war sehr ungepflegt nicht sauber. Zwei Einzelbetten. Es war sehr laut weil draussen die ganze Zeit Roller gefahren sind.

I felt taken care of. They clean rooms every day and are helpful in general, fulfilled my special request for the room. And yeah, the room is obviously clean. The room looks nice, nothing extra, quite small, but stylish in some way. Many different pillows. The location is great, super close to the beach. And Sanur itself is a pleasant place.

They have some kind of construction in the yard. Idk maybe they finish it soon. It’s not loud, not super messy (just a bit), but kinda destroys the vibe. They don’t have a small lamp for dim evening light. It’s also not a place to enjoy and spend a lot of time there, but if you are not planning to spend more time outside, it’s 100% fine.

Mama Sue is lovely, as is the whole family and staff :) Vegetarian breakfast in the morning was delicious, as always!

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec le port de Sanur, devant embarquer tôt le matin pour Nusa Penida. L'emplacement était parfait. L'hôtel est confortable, les extérieurs sont très agréables, la salle de restauration superbe ! Le petit déjeuner était normalement servi plus tard que notre départ, mais la réception a fait en sorte que quelqu'un puisse nous préparer le petit déjeuner.
