Horrible no place to park in rough neighborhood

It was clean and nice

There’s absolutely no way that this is a JFK airport hotel. It’s false advertising. It took me 25 minutes to get there, it’s in a terrible neighborhood. And I spent $65 on an Uber ride. I could’ve stayed at a better hotel near the airport. This should be changed immediately as it is not an airport hotel. And there was no shuttle service in the morning so I had to spend another $40 on an Uber. It was awful.

Parking there is none it’s about 7 spaces or less. You get a ticket when you park on the street although there is no sign. The young boy Alex that works the desk is HORRIBLE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

We chose this location largely because it claimed to have a jfk airport shuttle because we long flights and an early flight next day. After waiting over an hour and seeing no shuttle and 5 or 6 unanswered calls to the hotel, we had to get a taxi to get to the hotel which is located in a sketchy area. The hotel photo cuts out the adjacent properties which are very rundown. At the hotel we saw a bus but were told they did not have a driver for months. We had to pay for another ride to the airport the next morning. We were out $75.00 extra because of the deception and feel we should be reimbursed. Expedia should inspect the place for accurate advertising. We are questioning whether we should rely on Expedia ever again. It was a very bad travel experience.

This hotel does not offer a shuttle despite clearly having this listed on their website. Breakfast is not available during the week and is limited on weekends - per sign at registration. Room was disgusting - stained couch and carpet. Awful blanket on bed. Did not want to stay, but hotel sold out, couldn’t cancel, and it was 12:30 am and I was traveling solo.

Limited parking lot. Room was clean and net. Price is not good and jist 28 minutos form JFK. Uber charged 42 dolars for a pick up at 6am. In a Thursday mornings.
