I paid for a room with pots and pans but had to go buy some, and when I asked about maybe getting a little bit of my money back considering that I did pay for a room with these items I got a real bad attitude

No toilet paper available on weekends. Lobby bathroom for friends of employee drinking in lobby but not for cudtomers. Use the bath towels ??? Bad odors in venting system like a diaper.

Everything is dirty. The hallways smell terribly. Could t even sit on the couch it was so disgusting

This was a last-minute booking for a work trip and never again will I stay here. It is extremely dirty and the though the staff was nice, me and other guests had to wait around for 10 minutes before they let us check in with arms full of luggage. The breakfast that was out in the morning was just coffee, a complete false advertisement. All the carpet was extremely dirty and warm. Random stains on the ceiling, floor, and even the chair in the room had very suspicious stains on it (see picture). I was so disgusted I almost didn’t stay the full night.

The property was well maintained, the room was nice. The only drawback was the receptionist. She was busy talking on her earbuds. Didn’t even greet me and didn’t talk to me. Didn’t tell me where the elevator was or if there were any carts to carry our baggage.

Customer service does not exist.

Wish that there would be 2 chairs for a kitchenette room with 2 guests so both could sit at the little table
