"Bring a hard copy"

Will not take a paper ID/ Driver License that the DMV gives you while you wait on the hard copy in the mail. I paid online and when I got there was turned away and my reservation was canceled and the lady was rude she said she has never encountered a paper ID/Driver License before … I offered to show the id I got from the police dept and they won’t accept them either

From the main entrance to the actual room we saw trash, bugs. The room had 1 towel when we had put 3 people on the reservation.

The staff at this hotel makes your stay welcoming, always there to help and provide for their guests. From the simplest questions to where is something good to eat at and etc. The service provided here is wonderful. I love how the staff communicate with one another and is always there to help each other. You come here you would think they are family. Very good to Lisa and her crew.

"Wasn’t very happy with my stay."

Location.

Ac didn’t work well at all. Had to wait 30 mins for staff to check me in . Hallways smelled horrible. Just wasn’t very happy with my stay.
