The Palms

Everything was dirty, they charge for ice, there's no cold water for purchase, and the hotel room we stayed in was too far from the front desk.

The location of this properly is wonderful. Just a block or so to the boardwalk and beach. The building was nice looking and other tenants were nice. The unit itself was very dated and needs paintrd and updated. We did have towels and some toiletries. There were no hangers in the closet. TGere was no kitchen supplies. The front office gave us a box with a couple pots, bowls, utensils and glasses There were no plates. The sofa couch was horrible. Very old thin and failing apart mattress. The office did provide a roll away cot the next day. The continental breakfasr was quirky. The options werent bad, bagels cereal, hard boiled eggs, juice. But the room was tiny and monitored by an attendant that at times was a little rough on people. For instance, a man wanted to come back in to grab a coffee after he took his food to the outside tables and she told him harshly he had to wait until the room cleared some. I was ready for the quirky breakfast after reading other reviews. Our room was clean, however, and we enjoyed the area.

there was not that friendly, the place was ran down, the street heard cars all night , little bugs all over the wall, they need to spray for bugs, other people wanted to leave that they was very unhappy with there room no hot water, rooms was not clean , it smelled, curtains has holes all over them, the breakfast place was so small you can't move around, and the lady was not friendly, did not have setting for everyone, you had to eat out in the cold, staff was ruled, people would to leave when we was checking in , very unhappy with there room, and they laugh at them, I would not recommend this place to anyone,

The management needs to improve the check in process. Took an hour. Reservations on 8-11 pieces of paper. Then we were awoke at 4 by a couple next to us which were removed by the police at 6am. No rest for the weary. When I asked for a credit or partial refund upon check out mwy request was met with a blank, apathetic stare...a simple "We are sorry for the disturbance", would have helped. Great location, lots of potential...I probably wouldnt return.

Nothing, Property is a disaster, Place is falling down/ filthy / disgusting Shameful that it’s even in Booking .com

It’s a pit / Don’t stay here , nothing short of syringes in room

Rooms have the same number. People continuously try to go into rooms that are not theirs, unknowingly. Sheets and towels were clean but the rest of the place falling apart. Bathroom and shower walls were dark but you could still see how dirty they were. Front desk is extremely slow. Line goes out the door. “Breakfast” is one hour for all buildings at the same spot.

Easy walkable parking friendly staff I only wish for more blankets but for a one night stay is was perfect
