Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa

Wonderfull resort. Reception and concierge staff was super helpful for us. Restaurant staff was also very attentive. Delicious breakfast and dinner. A la carte restaurant menu was world class. At the beach not always available sun beds. The manager at the Stone Beach bar was involved and proactive but some employees insufficiently trained. Even with this minor challenges the overall experience was nothing short of extraordinary. A venue build and serviced with the guests in mind. Thank you!

Espectacular resort en todos los sentidos: las instalaciones, el servicio, la comida. El personal es muy amable y siempre pendiente para ayudarte y atenderte. Plaka es un lugar increíble, tranquilo, realmente para descansar. Hay además restaurantes excelentes en el pueblo.

Superb service and good food. This hotel stands out from many others in Crete for its location, close to a very pretty village with genuinely excellent tavernas. The island of Spinalonga also adds a lot of charm to the area.

Many times to Crete but the first time to Cayo and it definitely won’t be the last!! From the moment we checked in to check out everything was Excellent. The food was delicious and fresh and the entertainment was fun. We visited the Spa on several occasions where we had the luxury of the Spa facilities private to ourselves, a great way to come in out of the warm winds. Jean was extremely welcoming and professional with a great suggestion of the many treatments on offer. Chris and Eleni were excellent therapists finding exactly what we needed try the Cretan warm oil massage amazing. Thank you Cayo for the honeymoon holiday we needed. We will return for our anniversary.

Had a lovely week stay at Cayo, with beautiful views lovely staff all around. Best experience was the spa , their manager Jean really helped us out with some great advice on treatments to suit our needs. Eleni made it happen offering a great experience definitely , I would definitely try out the peaceful atmosphere of the spa.

Everything was just right from start to finish

This really is a wonderful hotel. Stunning panoramic views of the sea and Spinalonga Island. Rooms very well appointed. Food simply wonderful. But above all the thing that really makes this hotel stand out is the efficiency and kindness of all of the staff. It all made for the perfect holiday. Thanks to all.

Excellent!

Absolutely sensational! We stayed in a family deluxe room with private pool and ocean views! Stunning! Breakfast was delicious, restaurant selection and spa service was impressive. Would stay here again without a doubt. Could not fault one thing! LOVED IT! Highly recommended! Worth every cent!!!

A great hotel close to the village of Plaka, with excellent accommodation, cosy environment and polite staff. I was mostly impressed by the spa facilities. Ask for a massage by Maria Lola. She surely knows her job and you won’t regret it!
