Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Austin - Austin Airport

the location is good! the property is pretty new, the parking lots are enough for all people to stay. very close to the airport. the window and door are tight! you won't hear the flight passing by.

There is no hairdryer included, we have to dry our hair with the towels, and go back to the car, use the heat A/C to blow the hair. There is breakfast provided, but the selection is very limited!

The location , the staff

The first room had an awful smell. We told them, and than they moved us to another room, that the AC didn’t work well, so the room was difficult to sleep but we didn’t say it to the staff because it was the second room already that we asked to leave.

Location was close to airport.

Half of the wall power plugs didn’t work..

Everyone here was so helpful just overall amazing place

Nothing employee to check me in. Ended up sleeping in my car after waiting 45 minutes and all the number over and over with a few other people on the lobby
