Should have read all the negative reviews as we agree with most of them.

Didn't start well as manager Kelly didn't show up at arranged time Also it is not marked as the correct address given. After walking through property our feet were filthy. Lack of equipment in kitchen (no scissors/bread knife/jug etc. only 1 glass tumbler in a property for 8 people. Pans were in poor condition. Cutlery was very low quality). Patio doors would not lock. Pool was dirty and filtering had no timer. At least 2 mattresses are worn out (as detailed in Sidney's review September 2022 over 2 years ago). Soap dispenser in all bathroom were empty. TV system is millennials on line service only so couldn't use the TV as we are normal people without streaming service. The pictures of the property are out of date. Only 2 loungers for garden. The property is very noisy from the road. Loud exhaust noise from local boy racers using it from 5am + truck noise all day. Communication was very poor from owner Claudia although she did replace soap, frying pan and a pot as well as supplying coffee machine filters and more glasses. She also sent the cleaning staff back the next day to do the flooring which they didn't do before our arrival. The badly stained towel on arrival was taken away, the promised beach towels were never supplied. When the local water failed there was no communication or help with container to collect water. The outside lights didn't work. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn't work. A storm on our last day let in a lot of sand through the patio doors. All in all a very disappointing experience compared with our other stays in South Africa. We will not be returning!

Great location the villa was exceptionally clean. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone

The pressure of the host during the check in and out.She rushed us even when we were in the the time frame of checking in because of her other appointments and accused us of stealing a towel

The view, how close we are to some activities and we had access to the redbus as well.

It would be nice if more toilet paper and black bags for waste were provided.
