Villa de la Mer Hout Bay Beachfront

We truly loved the view from the living room and the fact that the property is in walking distance to the local restaurants. We had the best fish and chips there. The neighborhood is very family friendly, we did afternoon walks with the kids, it was really lovely.

The pool is so small, it is not a pool but a dipping station, if they add jets they can make it into a jacuzzi.

Loved everything about the place and very friendly owner and caretaker, just a wish the pool was bigger, this is not a complaint though 😉

Very comfortable home with beautiful views and all 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Very attentive hosts nothing was a problem for them. All this led to a very memorable weekend for our family.

the load shedding is a national polemic but villa de la mer does not have this problem because the owner has installed an inverter that kicks in the moment the electricity goes off!

Great location. It may look a bit busy out front, but it calmed down early and we slept well. Very clean and comfortable
