I loved the sea view and the cleanliness of the house. The quiet place and it's very safe. The neighborhood everyone is just too friendly.

I didn't like that the whole 4 days the toilet was not working in one of the rooms and I was sharing with a kid.

The hosts were very helpful under the changes needed for the check-in. The place is close to the beach and other places to explore. The house is very spacious and under better weather conditions the balcony and pool would be great.

The house seems worn out or rather inbetween renovations, compared to the pictures on the site - furniture and decor is also not as on the pictures so it's not as cosy as it looks on the site. There can be more measures in place for the wind and sand that hits and enters the house from the patio under the occasional strong winds. Overall the place was good it just did not meet the expectation from the pictures

The house is spacious and in a very nice location

The floor werent very clean, one of the bathroom had sewage smell and in another bathroom the shower didn't drain the water properly. Also, we didn't sleep so well at night as the wind was blowing and they were a lots of noises coming from every corner of the house.

I loved everything about this property it’s a 110/100. It’s fully furnished with modern touches and everything need. It’s situated in a highly safe and guarded neighbourhood. The beach is a 2 minute walk and thrr we view from the lounge, pool area and bedrooms over look the hout bay beach. It really gives Top Billing vibes. Please ignore those negative reviews because I’m in awe of how beautiful it is. You will not regret it
