Wi-Fi is a bit week in the first floor but other than that the property exceeded my expectations

Toilet seeperate from room

They should please just inform that you book self catering but you have to share the kitchen and the lounge with other guests. The other guests come in at 2 in the morning they wake you up. Being in our seventies it was a struggle to get back to sleep again. The also charge R 210.00 for 6 bottles of 500 ml of water. They also don't clean your room or bathroom you have to do it yourself or you have to pay additional money. We had lots of wind and the tiles on the roof was loose making allot of noise. The fish factory also makes a noise Other than that we had a good stay,

As I was working in the area, the location of the accommodation was good.

The accommodation is not marked in any way. On arrival, there was no one to meet me and I had to wait for the Booking.com Agent to contact the accommodation in order to gain access to the premises. I was then informed that I had to pay a substantial refundable "cash breakage deposit" prior to allowing entry to the premises, although no mention, whatsoever, appears anywhere regarding this - after a 19-hour work day, I had to find an ATM in an unfamiliar suburb, only to be refunded the amount 10 hours later. I did, however, receive an apology regarding this miscommunication from the establishment who promised to rectify this fact with Booking.com.

The accomodation, its location and the host, Jay were superb. The accomodation is a walking distance to many amenities, yet nice and quiet. I would highly recommend it, and will most definitely visit again
