Comfortable, clean room with excellent customer service. Polite friendly staff.

Looks like room has not been updated since the 1980s. Price should be lower to reflect lack of general improvements. Same for communal areas. Otherwise just ok.

Room was clean except for the towels which looked clean but smelt like they’d been stored in a greasy spoon. Bed was comfortable but only a couple of hard chairs to sit on other than the bed. On arrival we had to pay £5 a night for parking which was unexpected. But the staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good choice if you just want somewhere to lay your head and it was quiet.

Old and worn out desperately needs new everything, beds very uncomfortable, bath was rusty grout was dirty, carpet had stains.

Staff smash it the 5 star they work extremely hard here. Equipment a bit tired... carpets in bedroom and some furnishings tired...tiles and grouting could be removed with easier boarding to clean to upgrade bathroom ware. 3/4 star for what staff have to upkeep but gave 5 because the staff work so hard to try and do their best to be helpful. Easy access for business travel.

Room's fine, quiet at the back with a view of a field, bed and bathroom good, a desk with a little fridge, places to put clothes, helpful staff. Useful for the A38 and local things and the service station to walk to for food. The WiFi could be faster.

Mostly was good, but there was a musty smell in the room. It was late so we just made do, but otherwise we would have reported it. Told the lady on checkout who was very helpful and said they would look into it and address the issue
