Nice location Food was excellent and beautifully presented. Front of house Carl was very friendly. very enthusiastic and attentive. Free top ups hot drinks and Prosecco. Great ambiance, really good music and at the right volume level. Pleasant surprise visit from the chef Christina who really cared about our thoughts and recommendations and even met all guests. Best afternoon tea for everything and we have had many in Nottingham. Gary & Annmarie

Great hotel, had everything you need. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe room which was nice. The location was perfect for our night there. We had breakfast in the morning and the food was lovely.

Was in a small compact room but was very clean and bed was really comfortable. The negative was the staff could have been more open.& friendly.

So disappointed as it looked good on the website, but the room was very badly in need of refurbishment, with crack floors tiles, peeling paint, burn marks in the carpet . Was more like a bed and breakfast, than a boutique hotel.
