The grounds are beautiful and very large, they will come pick you up and shuttle you around on golf carts. They were having some renovations/construction so some areas were not accessible (did not affect my stay). I stayed in 374, air conditioning was not working, but they brought me a fan. Highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. Bed was super comfortable.

Thomas the concierge provided excellent friendly service

It was as a result of the renovations it was confusing to know where to go and check in much time was spent driving around which took time off of using the facilities as things were closing at 10:00 and we still needed to enjoy the dining of which we did. We Love Jasper Park Lodge when my husband was alive we always treated our family a night on the way to Kelowna and on the way home from Kelowna.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our luxury cabin with a lovely wood burning fireplace (which we definitely used).  They provided the kindling, firestarters and lots of wood.  The Nespresso coffee machine was well stocked and the beds and pillows were very cozy.  Walking trails yield extraordinary views.   They provide people mover golf carts to transport guests to their destinations within the facility.  This is a well managed facility in spite of all the renovations going on as a result of the fires in 2024.  It will be incredible once it's finished I'm sure.
