Hotel was under complete renovation. Noisy chaos. No parking.

Hotel was under complete renovation. Noise and chaos. Stalled vehicles no parking. Paint chipping in whirlpool tub. If we would have known the hotel was in this condition we would have never stayed there. No warning.

I loved everything from the clean room to the staff. Really had a great experience

The Breakfast was okay but definitely not worth $13 a day. The room was not very clean but was definitely big (king-whirlpool). The Internet was fast and the house keeping was consistent. The coffee selection was good along with the snack area.

The location is not the hotels fault per say but it is very far north in charlotte. The room wasn't the cleanest and the whirlpool tub had not been used in a long time so the original water that came out was green and brown from sitting in the pipes.

The facility was clean and pleasant. The staff was nice and check in was smooth

The pool area was unable to be used. The elevator was a little slow and sketchy

We’ve stayed there twice and both times, the staff was courteous, professional and always willing to help. The breakfast is good. The property and the rooms were clean.

Cost per night was expensive. Room size was not adequate. When we arrived they had the wrong last name.

The location. Bed was clean and comfortable. Also there was a small fridge and a microwave which was convenient.

No complaints.
