Super friendly staff and a comfortable bed, highly recommended!

Toilet was dirty no one flushed it Tissue box was empty

Very dirty very noisy. The air conditioner did not work in our room…. Too many animals for this location…

Everything looks nice in the lobby, but the rooms need a little more attention. Nothing to much but I have OCD so I notice things some doesn’t.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

My account was charged more than quoted rate, but this was corrected after I called the location. I paid for the rate including breakfast but was told I had to pay for breakfast in the morning. I was told I would receive a credit for this but did not.

The hotel is in a very convenient area for all that I had to do in Charlotte. I have stayed in the general area many times but this was the first time that I stayed at this hotel. The hotel appeared fine upon entry but when I got into my room there was mold and mildew in the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling and had mildew on it. The room also contained a mildew smell that would not go away. I alerted the management and he said he couldn't do anything about it since I booked through Expedia.
