The stay was comfortable; the air conditioning worked perfectly. The facilities are above standard compared to other hotels. It is built for all types of stays and is very family-friendly. The breakfast option is standard, nothing extraordinary, and I am slightly disappointed that the cinnamon cereal I usually have is not available. Two thumbs up to Rosal, who assisted us with breakfast. She is attentive and goes above and beyond. She made a simple breakfast an experience, always walking around with a smile. Keep up the great work.

The building, including the room, needs a major refurbishment. The bathtub is damaged, the carpet either needs a serious shampoo clean and the window requires changing.
