The warm welcome was outstanding. Very helpful & engaging staff from reception, waitresses and leisure staff. Lovely clean hotel & comfy beds. Great facilities, bonus having a pool. Sounds insignificant, but being able to open the bedroom window for fresh air was amazing! Unlike competitor hotels. Kids loved being a VIP and the goody bag, thank you
