Nice view out side when eating breakfast

Wry unclean the floor in the room give me black feet absolutely disgusting Uncle and when I spoke to the manager, he didn’t even say sorry

"A really good value for money stay."

The location was excellent as were the staff. The view at breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast was very good.

It was good to go into the pool area in the evening but this was rather shabby compared to the hotel. It was less about it being old and more about it being untidy.

"Great option for a good price"

It was a perfect location as we wanted to go to Cheshire Oaks which was only 6-8 minutes away. Quite quirky being surrounded by water. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and staff were nice enough. The breakfast was fabulous and plenty choice (including gluten free if you needed it - I didn't!)

Parking was a little strange being across the bridge from the hotel but not too far to walk and was free.
