Location .. staff very friendly.

Room was very cold .. shower over bath was awkward to use.

Breakfast very nice and as a large party we weren’t hurried

Perhaps a larger selection of fruit but really I found the choice adequate

Beautiful location. Great staff. Lovely pool. Lots of special touches for guests travelling with children.

No air con in rooms. This would be a great upgrade to the hotel. We had to have the windows open as the room was too warm, so we were woken early by a delivery in the loading area outside.

Lovely grounds, breakfast was nice & bed was comfy.

Needs updating, room was dirty and dated. Beer in the bar was constantly flat although bar staff were very pleasant. Asked two different housekeepers for another loo roll and it never arrived, there was only one in the room in the first place. Thankfully we did find some extra tissues. Also booked so we could use the pool, after we had checked in we were then informed the pool was closed. Not very impressed.

the staff were incredibly helpful polite and just all round great from reception to dining, dinner was great, had a fantastic seat in an alcove, which although we didnt book that seat, it was appreciated as I have sensory problems, so it was lucky, food was good, we didnt have breakfast

the only one tiny little thing was the swimming pool was sooo warm ha,, but im sure most people like it,, but my self personally it was hard to swim in such warm pool,,but it didnt matter really
