Stairs to and from the room, for a disabled veteran. We choose a nice room, but the lack of lift and amount of stairs to and in the room was not described on the Web site.

The drink prices were ridiculously over priced £11.00 + for a glass of Pinot just extortionate! this is the only reason I didn’t give an excellent rating. Our drinks bill was nearly as much as the room with bed, breakfast and evening meal
