"Love this hotel!"

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn Metairie. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety and tasted great. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

"Good stay"

Just got back from a four-night stay and overall I was pleased. The cost wasn't bad and service was quite nice. The front desk team was genuinely helpful and the atmosphere was pretty good. Room was quiet despite being close to the highway, and the AC kept things nice and cool. Breakfast selection was better than most places in this category. Room was quite clean as well, which is always a plus. Easy access to the airport and local attractions makes it a reliable choice. I’ll be back whenever I decide to travel to Louisiana again!

Had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn Metairie! Clean, comfy rooms, super friendly staff, and a delicious complimentary breakfast to start the day right. Perfect location with everything nearby—couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely staying here again!

Staff was very friendly.

Other than the bathroom, it was clean. The bathroom in guest room could use some tlc. Wall next to toilet could have been cleaner. Bathroom side of the door needed to be cleaned, black dirt below handle on door, just needs to be washed. Couple small mildew spots on ceiling above shower. All in all if necessary I would return.

Location

The property was dated. There was mold in the bathroom and in a corner of the ceiling from a leak. The bathroom shower curtain and tub were dirty with mold in the corners with excessive caulking. The toilet was not attached to the floor properly and shifted when sat in. bedding as well as the mattress was worn and didn’t appear clean.
