"It was less than ideal."

The website said free airport shuttle, but it was difficult to access this transportation. When I arrived at the property the hotel staff said the transportation was “only when a driver was available,” not always. You need to clarify that somehow.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the daily fresh aroma throughout the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was okay and the only thing that was a little off was the shower head in my room needs replacing. The pressure of the water didn’t flow evenly.

"I had a nice time and everyone was really kind."

Room was nice and breakfast was great. Easily accessible.

I was told that i could request things through a text messaging system. I asked for an extra blanket and was responded to through text in a timely manner but never received the actual blanket.
