Amenities are great. Rooms dated.

Goede ligging aan het strand.

Kamers zijn wat gedateerd. Het heeft zeker wat onderhoud nodig. Prijs kwaliteit is niet helemaal op zijn plaats.

The hotel is extremely average. I put it at 2 to 3 star. It has across the road from the beach and on the intercoastal, which is the only thing basically has going for it other than that it wouldn’t survive say in Orlando or any major city cause I feel like it’s a glorified sleep away camp that they turned into a hotel

Before booking ask if it is one of the remodeled rooms. Our room had rust on all the door frames and the beds were pieced together. Very odd smell in the room and when reported to staff, they did not seem concerned. When visiting Sanibel/Captiva find another location……..

Nice property, but rooms are dated, 3 star rating but paying 4-5 star prices. AC broke, we were offered another room but no help or golf cart to help move us at 10 PM to a different building.

I was disappointed to discover many hidden fees after I paid and reserved. It was not disclosed during reservation. $38 fees for amity, $25 each for umbrella and chair on the beach. The room we stayed in the kitchen sink wood popped open and could not be fix when opened the garbage door. The beds are poor quality springs only. Paid premium price but it was not delivered with quality as advertised.

Tween Waters was amazing!!! Our Studio King room with Ocean View in the Sea Grape was beautiful and completely updated!! We could see the most beautiful sunsets right from our private balcony!! The pool area was wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious!! We found the most beautiful shells on the beach! We can’t wait to come back!! Definitely 10/10!!

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was within walking distance and the pool was large. Pool drinks were excellent. Did not eat on property but there were ton of options. We primarily brought our own food and cooked our meals so the kitchen was great.
