"Best trip to Punta Serena"

We have stayed at Punta Serena and Los Angeles Locos previously and always enjoyed our stays. However, this time the staff and the quality of the food was better than the times before. We enjoyed the views from the palapa dining room, the walks on the beach past Los Angeles Locos and time on the private beach.

El hotel tiene una excelente UBICACIÓN, pero le falta mucho MANTENIMIENTO, no es 4.5 Estrellas !!!! A lo mucho 3 Lo único bueno es el servicio y la comida No hay Internet en las habitaciones El cable en la TV es malísimo Es caro para lo que ofrecen

El precio está desfasado para lo que ofrece. El personal de recepción y mantenimiento no opera como es. Es increíble que no si quiera tengan agua embotellada. Te manejan bebidas premium y te dan bebidas de segunda.

A pesar de la pandemia, y solo las instalaciones que estubierón abiertas durante nuestra estancia, y la baja de personal por obvias razones. los servicios fueron muy buenos, por ahí un detalle con la limpieza de la estancia, que se reporto y soluciono casi de forma inmediata. A tono personal seguiremos regresando por lo menos cada año como lo hemos venido haciendo por los últimos 4 años. Una área de oportunidad, que nos gustaría mucho, consideraran, es abrir las zonas de ropa opcional a los jacuzzis y la piscina.

"GREAT FOOD & PLENTY TO DO"

Beautiful place. Great food and service and greater views of Tenacatita Bay and Pacific. The badgers [cotamundis] are worth the stay alone. Breakfast and dinner were super [coconut shrimp to die for] Go north and visit the abandoned El Tecuan Hotel site and beach.

The food has improved significantly in comparison to how it was a year ago. Everything was great, excellent service, great value. I would only suggest to add extra tables during the breakfast and dinner as well as pool chairs, as sometimes there was no space for all the customers.

Un buen lugar para ir a relajarse y estar en pareja. Por el costo el lugar rebasa mis expectaciones. Es rústico pero con buen servicio y excelente menú
