Hotel Punta Serena & Resorts- Couples Only

Los servicios del hotel ya no son tan buenos como antes. En las habitaciones faltan aparatos, o no funcionan bien. Solamente hay WiFi en una sola sala de todo el hotel, y la señal es de mala calidad. La atención del restaurante es buena algunas veces, pero otras veces no. Aunque he sido cliente habitual, no creo regresar, pues la actual administración deja mucho que desear. A lo mucho, este hotel merece actualmente (enero 2020), 2 o 3 estrellas, pero cobra como si fuera de 4 estrellas

Excelente servicio , muy tranquilo y limpio . La ropa es opcional en la playa pero no te sientes incómoda si tú quieres permanecer con tu traje

Boutique intimate resort with great service. The private beach is a bit of a walk but well worth it Food is great. Yyou also have the option to fo to the other restaurants. Use of the kayaks from the Los Angelos resort. The new fitness center ac does not work very well. The shows at the Los Angelos were fun. Not good if you are looking to explore out side the resort because this is located in a remote area. Only 24 villas

Poca variedad en los platillos del restaurante y en algunos es raquitico

El GUM no tiene mantenimiento, y los aparatos son viejos inadecuados. Lo unico bueno son la caminadora y la bicicleta estática. En el cuarto el último día no había agua caliente. Le falta calidad a la carne que dan en el restaurante.

Un buen lugar para ir a relajarse con una atención excelente a sus huespedes

Muy bien en general, creo que necesitan fumigar porque hay muchos insectos y moscas, en lo demás bien, los alimentos y bebidas perfecto.

Es un hotel muy pequeño, pero la atención siempre supera nuestras expectativas, es un lugar para relajarse y desconectarse en pareja, las bebidas son deliciosas y la comida también, volvería siempre.

Exelente attention, its unique all the personal are very professional and nice the chefs are amazing the food very gourmet 👏👏

My wife and I visited Punta Serena for the 4th time overall in November 2018 and for the second time in 2018 alone. This 12 night trip was a little bit different in that the main and only dining area was closed due to a lightning strike 25 days earlier. The huge palapa was destroyed and the area was a construction zone. The pool which is adjacent was open but with the construction, no body used it. The small conference room was transformed into the dining room, which worked ok but just wasn't the same. The menu, while offering tasty food, was unchanged from our last 3 trips and really needs to be refreshed. There was no mention of this dining room closure before our arrival nor was it mentioned upon checkin. We stumbled upon the construction zone in the dark on our way to dinner and were redirected to the alternate location. That was quite a surprise. The lower hot tub was too cold to use day or night. The front desk said that it was broken and had been for a while. The upper tub was cool as well but was useable once the heater was changed out. The beach was as beautiful as we remembered and we spent every day there but the service was hit and miss some days. Massages were conducted in the palapa at the end of the beach this time and that worked out well. We had several during our stay and they were great! We stayed in a regular room this time and it was fine. The villa we had last time was beautiful with a great location and view but the resort is so small it really doesn't matter where your room is. And as you can expect you don't spend much time in your room anyway. We did eat a few breakfasts at the sister resort after a morning walk on the beach and it was very nice. We also at at Arrecife and that was classy and delicious. Great service and food. Overall it seems that aside from the main Dining room closure which was beyond the control of the resort some other areas including hot tubs and beach service have deteriorated. As we were leaving the palapa was mostly rebuilt and the crew was working on the tiles and furnishings. I'm sure it will be better than ever once completed. We really do love this resort and in fact have just booked for 2 weeks in November 2019. This will be our 5th and longest visit so clearly we don't let the little things sway us from returning to this beautiful place.
